Cancellation of your order that took place in our online store, is accepted only within 12 hours from the completion of the order.
In case of deposit of the cost of your order in our bank account, our Company is obliged to return the amount to you within 48 hours and we will send you a deposit receipt for the refund.
In case of payment of your order by credit card, our Company will cancel your transaction through the e-commerce platform of Alpha bank within 48 hours and we will send you the cancellation receipt via e-mail.
Withdrawal, Order Cancellation and Product Returns.
- You have the right to return the products you bought, within 14 days from the date you receive them. In this case, you will be charged for the shipping and return costs of the products.
